Build a better Nebraska for LGBT people! Learn how you can support Inspiring Community!

Is there any more information on presenting or the charter buses yet? UNL’s Queer student alliance is trying to decided between this conference and MBGLTACC in madison, wisconsin.
Sarah: Thanks so much for your question!
We are in the process of put together or workshop and presentations, as well as finding sponsors for the transportation so folks from Omaha and Lincoln have a free option for getting to Hastings. When you say presenting, are QSA members interested in presenting at the conference, or looking for info on who the presenters are?
I was looking for information on presenting, personally. But I know QSA is curious about the other presenters. So both.
Send an email to inspiringcommunity@49voices.org with what you would be interested in presenting on. We don’t have our presenter list available yet – is there anything that QSA would specifically be interested in?
how do we educate and fite the hate we as tr4ans peaple deal with? not a frault finder just looking for solutions. we need to look into this from a responsable point. can we do this as a topic? From Hastings Brandi
Brandi:
Thanks so much for the comment! We need people like you calling for change and suggesting conference topics.
How to make Nebraska a better place for transgender people will be covered in many ways. Once the conference agenda is set, more specific information will be available.
One thing I’d encourage you to do is share what a better Nebraska for LGBT people means to you:
